Filomena L. Maimone is a devoted and compassionate immigration attorney who has dedicated her legal career to guiding individuals and families through the U.S. immigration system.
As an immigrant herself, Mena understands the uncertainty, hope and determination that define the immigration experience. She began her studies in Toronto, earned her law degree in the United States, and is a member of the Florida Bar. Her approach goes beyond paperwork: she listens, learns each client’s goals and builds a customized strategy for each situation.
She believes that behind every case is a dream, a future and a family, and she treats each one with the care and respect it deserves.

Rocki Maimone is the Chief Operating Officer of Maimone Legal, a dynamic businesswoman with a Master’s Degree in Science and Education.
Before joining the firm, Rocki built and led several ventures, including a sales and marketing company and a revitalized retirement home. In Canada she was a real estate investor and advisor, a role she continues in Florida as a licensed Realtor. She played a pivotal role in building Maimone Legal into a multi-practice firm and speaks on entrepreneurship and leadership.
Her passion for operational excellence is matched by her commitment to empowering others.
